LiteFinance has traded since 2005 and offers ECN accounts from $50, cTrader and built-in copy trading through a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. IUX is an MT5-only broker with a $30 minimum deposit, no deposit or withdrawal fees and leverage up to 1:3000, licensed by the FSC in Mauritius. The better fit depends on where you live, how often you trade and which company would hold your account.

Regulation and Safety

LiteFinance’s group includes a CySEC-licensed company in Cyprus and an FSC-licensed company in Mauritius. Most international clients, though, open accounts with LiteFinance Global LLC, which is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. That is a company registration, not a forex licence, and there is no investor compensation fund.

IUX Markets (MU) Ltd holds an Investment Dealer licence from the FSC in Mauritius and operates iux.com. A related Australian company holds an ASIC licence but does not serve clients through the site. IUX is a member of The Financial Commission and resets negative balances to zero.

Neither broker holds a top-tier licence such as the FCA’s or ASIC’s for the clients it serves internationally, and neither offers a government-backed compensation scheme. Keep deposits proportionate and check which company your client agreement names.

Trading Costs

On commission-free accounts, LiteFinance lists: Classic from 1.8 points. IUX lists: Standard from 0.2 pips; Pro from 0.1 pips. “From” figures are minimums, so expect wider live spreads, especially around news.

Both offer a raw-spread account. LiteFinance: ECN from 0.0 points plus $5 per lot on forex majors. IUX: Raw from 0.0 pips plus $7 per lot. For frequent traders, a raw account usually costs less per trade than a spread-only one.

LiteFinance’s inactivity fee: $10 per 30 days once an account has been dormant for 3 months. IUX lists no inactivity fee. Withdrawal fees: LiteFinance: depends on the method; withdrawals go back to the deposit wallet; IUX: none from IUX.

Platforms and Copy Trading

LiteFinance offers MT4, MT5 and cTrader. IUX offers MT5, IUX Trade App and IUX WebTerminal.

LiteFinance’s copy trading: Social Trading, built in, usually from $50. IUX has no copy trading service of its own (none of its own (third-party Myfxbook AutoTrade)). Copying another trader doesn’t remove risk: you can lose money as fast as trading yourself.

Leverage

LiteFinance’s maximum leverage: 1:1000. IUX’s: 1:3000 (cut to 1:400 around high-impact news).

A higher maximum is not an advantage in itself. Leverage multiplies losses as fast as gains, so beginners should use far less than either broker allows.

Which One Should You Choose?

Go with LiteFinance if:

  • You want copy trading built into the broker
  • You use cTrader as well as MetaTrader
  • You value a brand that has traded since 2005

Go with IUX if:

  • You want a low-cost MT5 account from $30
  • You want no deposit or withdrawal fees
  • You live in one of the countries IUX serves

Whichever you choose, test a small withdrawal early, verify your account before you need your money, and risk only what you can afford to lose.
